Research was conducted for the Large Millimeter Telescope Alfonso Serrano (LMT), a joint project between the US and Mexico.A Balanced Scorecard (BSC) was created based on the approach suggested by Niven in 2008.Eleven indicators and seven strategic objectives were Kitchen Island noted, and a performance measure, goal, type of monitoring, and Brow Serum data collection technology were suggested for each indication.
The outcomes demonstrated that the BSC provides a cause-and-effect link in all observatory operations and a framework that is adaptable to the particulars of the observatory.
